Reusable & Built for Durability: Unlike many other cheese clothes and substitutes that will just crumble after one use, the Clarkia cheese cloth can be washed and reused many times over again!
Why Unbleached: Unbleached means the cloth is CHEMICAL FREE hence it is ideal for use in the kitchen. We recommend a wash in plain lukewarm water before first use. If the smell or Brown Flecks bothers you, soak the cloth in vinegar and baking soda overnight and then wash.
